In the United States, NCL can be tested through OFA. They send you a cheek swab kit. You send it back to them via mail. http://www.ofa.org/dnatesting/ncl.html Ichthyosis is via University of Pennsylvania. You draw a small amount of blood at your vet and mail the sample out to them. Although Ichthyosis can only be tested at U Penn in the United States.
